- 20ml unsweetened almond milk
- 15g Aero Mint Chocolate
Method
- Crumble the gluten-free Scotch Finger Biscuit into a small ramekin to create the base.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together light cream cheese, Choc Mint Custard powder, almond milk, and sugar-free sweetener until well combined.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture onto the crumbled biscuit base in the ramekin, ensuring an even spread.
- Chop the Aero Mint Chocolate into pieces and sprinkle them over the top of the cheesecake.
- Place the cheesecake in the fridge overnight or for at least 1-2 hours to set.
