Ingredients

  • 40g (1 serve) MN CUSTARD Casein Protein - White Chocolate
  • 35g Oats
  • 2g Chia seeds
  • 5g Shredded coconut
  • 180ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 5ml Maple Syrup
  • 20g Coconut Yogurt
  • 6g White Chocolate - Melted

Method

  1. In a container, add oats, chia seeds, 2.5g of shredded coconut, custard protein, milk and maple syrup and mix well until combined
  2. Place lid on the container and place in the fridge to set overnight
  3. The next morning, combine melted white chocolate and coconut yogurt together.
  4. Remove the oat mixture from the fridge and top with coconut yogurt mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded coconut and enjoy!
