Yes, Legacy can be stacked with our Creatine and our non-caffeinated pump and performance pre-workout Three-D (3D). If you choose to stack Legacy and Three-D together, add extra water in your shaker and consume both before your workout.

Legacy pre-workout contains a workout performance and recovery ingredient called beta-alanine. Beta-alanine supplementation has been shown to improve recovery and workout performance by reducing lactic acid in muscles. This will allow muscles to recover and perform better throughout a workout.

Taking beta-alanine may cause a sensation typically described as “tingling of the skin" and there is no need to be alarmed. This sensation varies with individuals, some might experience it, and others might not. If this sensation occurs, it does not last long and it is usually experienced in the face, neck and back of the hands.

We recommend not exceeding 1 scoop of Legacy per day.

If you are sensitive to caffeine we recommend starting at ¼ scoop, assess your tolerance and gradually work your way up to a ½ serve.

Legacy contains 300mg of caffeine per serve (average cup of coffee contains 95 mg). Legacy is our high energy pre-workout. If you are caffeine sensitive, consume ½ scoop of Legacy pre-workout, or try our Destiny Fat Burner/ Pre-Workout (Destiny has 150mg caffeine per serve).
